Barceló Foundation
Since its creation in 1989, the Barceló Foundation has sought to contribute to the development and improvement of society, focusing on vulnerable countries in Latin America and Africa. To this end, projects are carried out in the areas of health, drinking water, education and agriculture in order to improve the quality of life of thousands of people. In 2016, the Barceló Foundation launched its most recent initiative: projects in Mallorca for social, psychological and emotional support and development with people at risk of exclusion.
Today, the Barceló Foundation has managed to reach 43 countries, thanks to more than 1,500 projects which have benefited almost 3 million people.
